- Game entries are non-refundable: Once you join a game or tournament, your entry fee cannot be withdrawn.
- Refunds only in case of errors: If there is a technical error or failed transaction (e.g., double payment), we will review and process a refund after verification.
- Processing time: Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
